CDANY Training: Contract & Budget Planning for Chiefs & Fiscal Administrators - Part 1

Join CDANY for the first of two trainings on Contract & Budget Planning with Patricia Warth, Indigent Legal Services.

This training will focus on the “front-end” of working with ILS (budget planning, submitting proposals, etc.).

Chief Defenders and Fiscal Administrators (anyone involved in budget planning) are encouraged to attend this training. 

The goal of this training is to provide information on achieving a contract (i.e., budget and workplan) that meets the needs of the office, diminishes the need for a subsequent budget modification, and enhances efficiency by which claims are processed.

Registration is free for Chief Defenders and staff.
